2009 Desert Rocks Vending Information
Festival Information: Desert Rocks takes place on private property in Moab, UT. The dates are May 21st-24th (Memorial Day weekend), you can arrive one day early (we recommend this) and leave one day late. Our location is assessable by dirt road and can be bumpy at times. Conditions are dusty, hot days, cool, windy nights and an occasional rain. We’ll send you more information once the application below is completed and you have been accepted to the vending team.
NO UNAUTHORIZED VENDING. NO GLASS ALLOWED. NO PETS.
Vending Packages: We are offering two Vendor Packages this year:
- Festival Vending (non-food/beverage) - $350 (includes 2 tickets). Comes with reserved, space in the stage area, as well as electricity (bring your own extension cords). Also includes a single coupon good for a 2-for-1 additional ticket. We will send you 150 fliers to distribute.
- Food/Beverage Vending - $500 (includes 2 tickets). Comes with reserved, space in the stage area, as well as electricity (bring your own extension cords). Also includes a single coupon good for a 2-for-1 additional ticket. Please have all of your license and permits and we ask that you have proof of liability insurance.
- Nomadic Camp Vending - $250 (includes 2 tickets). General vending pass, this is camp vending only there is no reserved area. We will send you 150 fliers to distribute.
- Moab Local Discount Vending – $50 discount on any either of the packages above. Must show proof of business residence in Grand or San Juan County.
Other Vendor Information: Desert Rocks is not liable for any products, bought, sold, or exchanged on the festival premises. We are also not liable for any theft or vandalism. Vendors are responsible for the collection and reporting of all sales tax. Space and vending packages are limited, first come first serve basis.
Applications are due by April 30, 2009 and Vending Packages need to be paid for by May 9, 2009 to assure you a place in the festival.
